Your aim. In your game.
Bring your calibrated turning response into the game you play. Start with a published reference or use a physical turn match without knowing your DPI.
Game Sensitivity Calculator
Set your chosen horizontal sensitivity in the game’s practice area, then match the physical turn distance below. You can begin at any comfortable setting; it does not have to be one you used before.
Check a half-turn in game.
- Use a quiet practice area. Aim at a fixed landmark. Keep the same mouse DPI, use horizontal hip-fire aiming, and avoid scoped or ADS modes.
- Mark the displayed distance on your desk. Move the mouse across it without lifting. A half-turn should point exactly behind the starting direction.
- If the view goes too far, lower the horizontal sensitivity. If it falls short, raise it. Repeat until it matches. For nonlinear sliders, use small adjustments rather than assuming a percentage change.
What the maths does—and what the presets mean
For a linear game mapping, sensitivity = 360 × 2.54 ÷ (DPI × cm per turn × yaw). “Yaw” is the game’s horizontal degrees per mouse count at sensitivity 1. The calculation matches physical hip-fire turn distance, not zoomed aiming or visual field of view.
Five profiles provide published-reference numeric conversions. Other named games use the physical matching route rather than invented constants. These are not a “top ten” popularity ranking or certification of current game patches. Every preset includes its source and a physical verification step. Custom configuration and non-linear sensitivity scales can require the guided route.
The website does not modify your game, operating system or mouse settings. Saving an applied setting records your own physical check; it does not validate the calibration algorithm’s ability to improve real-game performance.
